Cosplay (verb and/or noun): to cosplay, and/or cosplay. There are legions of folks that go to Comic-con and the like dressing up as characters from their favorite shows, usually anime, like One Piece, Dragonball Z, Frasier, etc. This is me cosplaying as Bach. The piece structurally mirrors Bach’s Violin Sonata No. 3 in C Major, BWV1005, while having material, harmony, rhythm, etc. original to my compositional voice.
